**Idea Generation**: Actively contribute creative ideas for new services, marketing strategies, and customer experiences to keep our medical spa at the forefront of the industry.

**Employee Development**: Facilitate ongoing training programs and skill development for esthetician staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

**Client Satisfaction**: Collaborate with the team to enhance the overall client experience, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.

**Health and Safety Compliance**: Oversee the implementation of health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as an esthetician with a successful track record in the field.

Previous managerial experience, demonstrating effective leadership and team care.

Strong understanding of the esthetics industry, with a focus on staying informed about new techniques, trends, and technologies.

Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for services, marketing, and overall business improvement.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Commitment to employee development and fostering a positive work environment.

**Salary**: $43,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

- Management: 3 years (preferred)
