**Craigleith Ski Club** is seeking a dynamic and strategic **Manager, Communication & Member Engagement** to lead our efforts in delivering an exceptional member experience. Reporting to the General Manager, this leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a member-focused environment, excels at relationship-building, and is passionate about designing meaningful programs and communications that enhance community.
In this key role, you'll:
- Develop and lead an integrated member engagement and communications strategy.
- Design and support programs that foster a strong sense of community and belonging.
- Oversee all member-facing communications, digital channels, and feedback systems.
- Collaborate across departments and committees to ensure consistent and impactful messaging and experiences.
- Support innovation and lead change through effective communication and member involvement.
We're looking for:
- A strong communicator and relationship-builder with 5+ years of experience in hospitality, member services, marketing, or a related field.
- A proven leader with a track record in member experience and communications strategy.
- Someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- A team player who is organized, data-informed, and passionate about delivering excellence.
**This is a full-time, year-round position** with flexibility required during peak seasons, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
