**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
- Train, mentor, and manage front-of-house staff, promoting a culture of excellence in service and hospitality.
- Implement and follow proven sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining high standards of service.
- Maintain a keen attention to detail in all aspects of the restaurant, from cleanliness to staff performance.
- Foster a positive and efficient working environment, demonstrating a deep understanding of restaurant behaviours and dynamics.
- Address guest concerns and feedback promptly, differentiating between hospitality (creating a welcoming atmosphere) and service (fulfilling requests efficiently).
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies.
- Follow instructions carefully and communicate effectively with team members.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of the restaurant industry, particularly in hospitality and service best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.**:

- Fluency in the English language is required**.
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure, making quick decisions when necessary.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, as required by the restaurant schedule.
- Passion for Mexican cuisine and culture is a plus

Pay: $18.50-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
