**Responsibilities**:
1. Social Content Management:

- Collect, curate, and schedule content for various social media platforms.
- Monitor and engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages.
- Assist in creating graphics, images, and videos for social media posts.

3. Web Content Management:

- Update and maintain the company website, ensuring all content is accurate, relevant, and visually appealing.
- Assist in creating and editing blog posts, landing pages, and other web content.

4. Market Research:

- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior to support marketing strategies.

5. Events:

- Help identify, plan, and execute sales efforts at local events

6. Collaboration:

- Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.

**Requirements**:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

**Skills**:

- 1-3 years experience in digital marketing.
- Proficient in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and social media management tools (e.g., Meta, Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with an ability to craft engaging and effective marketing copy.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and metrics to track the success of marketing initiatives and provide insights for improvement.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools in the marketing field.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive work environment.

Software Knowledge (preferred):

- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Social media management tools (e.g., Meta, Hootsuite, Buffer)
- AI Tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Lumen etc.)
- Content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Elementor)
- Basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
