Must-Have Skills:

- SAP Expertise: Minimum of 5 years managing SAP test projects, including planning, coordinating, and executing tests.
- Test Management: Proven experience with end-to-end test management in SAP environments, including functional, integration, and regression testing.
- Tools: Proficiency in test management tools like HP ALM, SAP Solution Manager, or equivalent.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills to guide a team of testers and coordinate cross-functional testing activities.
- Communication: Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to articulate test status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Certifications: Any certification in Testing
- Agile Methodology: Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with Agile test management tools
- Industry Knowledge: Background in Railways or Transportation industry
- SAP Testing
