**Lead Hand (Evening Shift)**

Working closely with our Production Supervisor, the Lead Hand is responsible for one cell with the intention of future growth and development into a Production Supervisor role. Success will be measured using the metrics of:

Safety
- Quality
- Delivery
Sheet metal experience
- Experience within a Lean Manufacturing environment
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Experience in a unionized environment
- Leadership experience an asset
