**What You'll Do**:

- Welcome customers and ensure their needs are met promptly, delivering great experience from the start.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently, moving smoothly between responsibilities.
- Maintain accurate records of parts inventory, ensuring everything is accounted for.
- Provide clear and precise quotes for parts, promoting transparency and trust.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with our suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
- Process parts orders for technicians, supporting their work behind the scenes.
- Handle payments, making sure transactions are smooth and customers are satisfied.
- Manage emergency orders for out-of-stock items, ensuring quick turnaround times.
- Process returns and issue credits accurately for a hassle-free experience.
- Help technicians identify the correct parts quickly, keeping repair work efficient.
- Be the helpful voice on the phone, resolving customer inquiries with a positive attitude.
- Use your computer skills to handle daily tasks smoothly and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory when needed, showing your versatility.
- Adhere to company policies and equipment guidelines, maintaining professionalism.
- Work independently while knowing when to collaborate for success.
- Help the team meet monthly targets, celebrating accomplishments together.
- Adapt to various roles, handling wholesale, front counter, and back counter sales as required.

**This position is a fulltime**Tuesday - Saturday 8:30 - 5:30 pm position.
