Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced **Care Coordinator** to help us launch and grow our Edmonton branch. This role is critical for ensuring compliance, building schedules, supporting caregivers, and maintaining high-quality care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee client intake, care plans, and scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with Alberta Health Services and WCB requirements.
- Support caregivers with scheduling, training, and troubleshooting.
- Serve as the first point of contact for families and referral partners.
- Track service hours and report on branch performance.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine systems and processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in homecare, senior living, or healthcare coordination.
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, compliance, and quality standards.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a startup environment.
- Compassionate, client-centered approach.
