**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Design and create custom signs using various materials, including vinyl, aluminum, metal, and acrylic.
- Operate equipment such as vinyl cutters, printers, and engraving machines to produce signage.
- Loading and transporting signs, tools, and materials to the location safely.
- Preparing the site for installation by removing old signage, preparing the surface or structure, and securing the electrical connections.
- Ensuring the effective measurement, placement, connection, and installation of the sign.
- Clearing debris and materials from the site after each installation.
- Performing maintenance and repairs to signs, as needed.
- Operating and maintaining the tools and equipment in accordance with safety protocols.
- Measure and install signs at client locations, ensuring accuracy and quality in placement.
- Maintain an organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols while operating machinery.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new techniques to enhance sign-making skills.
- Install, repair and service exterior prefabricated products such as box sign, awnings, channel letters, pylon structure.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sign making or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods during sign installation.
