We are looking for a Payroll Coordinator to join our dynamic team in a permanent position. The responsibilities will be to assist the PayMaster and the Payroll Technician in the different tasks required to process the bi-weekly payroll for Canada.

**Responsibilities**:

- Regularly collect pertinent information for payroll production (e.g. timesheets)
- Create an Excel and manipulate until the import into Nethris (VLOOKUP and pivot table)
- Produce and update various reports for Managers (OT - PROJECTS)
- Answer questions from employees from our Canadian studios (Montreal, Vancouver)
- Maintain accurate employee vacation and TOIL balances in the Company HR System (MyStore)
- Create and update ‘’trackers’’ and ‘’imports.’’
- Minimum 3 years experience in payroll
- Excellent attention to detail with organization and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
- Bilingualism required (French and English).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Great Plains system (an asset).
- Knowledge of Nethris payroll system (an asset).
