**Alchemy Artistry** is looking for a **Master Lash Technician & Studio Manager** to step into a full-time leadership role at our high-end downtown studio. This isn’t just a lash tech job, this is your chance to run the studio, lead an amazing team, and be the face of a growing beauty brand.

**Your Role**:

- Perform expert-level lash services including hybrid and volume sets (up to 5D)
- Manage day-to-day studio operations with efficiency and professionalism
- Lead and mentor a team of lash artists to uphold quality, consistency, and service standards
- Handle scheduling, client bookings, POS, inventory, and front-of-house responsibilities
- Provide top-tier customer service and build strong client relationships
- Ensure a clean, welcoming, and organized studio environment
- Drive retail sales and promote add-on services to enhance client experiences
- Represent the Alchemy Artistry brand with pride and passion

**Who You Are**:

- Certified and experienced Master Lash Technician (hybrid + volume up to 5D required)
- A natural leader with experience managing a salon or team
- Organized, reliable, and self-motivated — someone who takes initiative
- Excellent communicator with strong customer service skills
- Confident in handling client issues, staff coordination, and daily studio needs
- Passionate about lashes, beauty, and creating a positive, empowering space

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
