**About the role**:
Reporting to the Technical Product Support Manager, the **Warranty Coordinator** is responsible for ensuring a seamless and positive service experience by managing warranty claims and system-related issues for our UV filtration systems and accessories. This role is critical in supporting our customers and internal teams through timely communication, accurate documentation, and proactive problem-solving.

**In this role, a typical day will look like**:

- Receiving, reviewing, and processing warranty claims in accordance with company policies
- Coordinating with internal teams (Quality, Logistics, Engineering, Tech Support) and customers to investigate claims and arrange product returns for functional testing
- Serving as a primary point of contact for warranty-related inquiries, ensuring timely, proactive communication to deliver a seamless service experience
- Maintaining accurate records in CRM and ERP systems
- Identifying recurring issues or trends and collaborating on process improvement for recurring defects
- Ensuring timely delivery of replacement parts and materials
- Updating standard work documentation and procedures for claim and warranty processing

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, technical support, or warranty coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics
