**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Engage in upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash or credit payments with proper cash handling procedures
- Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure products are well-stocked and attractive (merchandising)
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Manage phone etiquette when assisting customers taking bookings for our grooming clients.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and product organization, and Receiving
- Support team members with daily store operations, including time management tasks

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service roles
- Strong communication skills in English
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills for transactions
- Excellent organizational skills and time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to upsell products while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse customers
- Knowledge of merchandising principles and retail sales strategies
- Preference will be given to those with prior pet store experience.
