## Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor will be responsible for overseeing the hotel's front desk operations during the night shift, ensuring exceptional guest service and accurate financial transactions. ## Responsibilities - Conduct the nightly audit processes and reports - Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently - Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints - Manage phone inquiries and reservations - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures - Assist with any additional tasks as needed ## Requirements - Experience in customer service, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting - Proficiency in using phone systems and front desk operations - Strong communication skills with a focus on providing excellent guest services - Ability to work night shifts independently - Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus - Knowledge of hotel operations and phone etiquette

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
