Field Technician

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Install, terminate and test network cabling including Cat5e, Cat6 and fiberoptic
- Install wireless radio frequency equipment on houses, commercial buildings and towers
- Perform and document effective/efficient problem analysis
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair equipment (hardware and software) to ensure service levels are maintained or exceeded

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of routers and network routing, wireless frequencies and wifi configuration
- Demonstrable investigative, problem-solving, analysis and troubleshooting skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills and must be able to speak, write and understand English
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities - and maintain quality of work
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Ability to work at heights & climb towers
- Ability to work outdoors in all seasons
- Strong customer focus
- Bondable
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving abstract (company vehicles provided during work hours)

**Salary**: $20.00-$28.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- On call

- Aylmer, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
