What You'll Do
:
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain mainframe solutions using Software AG Natural programming language, following established Nutrien and industry standards for code management, testing, and lifecycle control
- Contribute to the ongoing reliability, performance, and maintainability of mission critical mainframe systems
- Collaborate with infrastructure and database teams to ensure performance, availability, and data integrity
- Support modernization and integration initiatives while maintaining stability of the core platform
- Partner with integration and architecture teams to ensure solutions align with Nutrien’s enterprise integration strategy
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non technical audiences, translating complex concepts into clear, actionable information
- Support team objectives related to operational excellence, risk management, and continuous improvement What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- 6-8 years of related experience
- Working knowledge of ADABAS DB and JCL in an enterprise production environment is preferred
- Proven experience collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective solutions
