As a **Line Cook**, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by serving our residents and our clients in a safe environment promoting long term recovery. You will partner with the Executive Chef to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment for our residents and clients.

**Requirements**:

- line cook experience (1-3 years) with a strong emphasis on food and food safety
- COVID -19 Vaccination approved exemption status

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare food for service ( chopping, cooking, presentation, baking etc.)
- Follow standard recipes according to protocol to produce quality food for service
- Adhere to food safety standards according to protocol to control foodborne illnesses/contents B1/B2/B3
- Maintain proper inventory and equipment maintenance
- Work at minimum 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Community involvement: participation in our outreach program, cook school, team meetings and media outreach is imperative to our team’s growth and survival.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $15.50 per hour

- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)

Shift availability:
