Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our team at Goldies Fast Food. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment. **Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Assist with food inventory and stock rotation
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Adhere to all sanitation regulations

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in the food industry
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and culinary terminology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Cooking: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Handler Certification (preferred)
- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
