Assistant Teacher

**Duties of Applicant**:

- Treat all children unconditionally and with same importance level
- Maintain a clean, safe and positive classroom environment for children
- Support the lead teacher by observing and assisting children in their activities without interrupting their focus
- Observe the child and interpret the child(s) needs
- Participate in school activities and accompanying students on field trips
- Attending seminars and workshops as and when required
- Adhering to the educational policies and guidelines at all times

**Applicant Requirements**:

- Teaching experience, ECA or ECE
- College Diploma or University degree
- Patience and excellent observational communication, and diagnostic skills
- Ability to multitask, keep calm under pressure, and treat everyone with love and respect
- A lifelong learner who can be a good role model for children
- Willing to take the Montessori Diploma Program (paid for by the school)

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
