You will make an immediate impact as you work with the P&C leadership team to implement our talent strategy and cultivate our purpose and results driven culture, while taking a leading role in organizational onboarding, leadership, capability and career development, and employee engagement.

You love working with people and teams and helping them achieve great things Having experience in Life Sciences is an asset and being bilingual is a requirement. adMare offers a hybrid work environment, and infrequent travel may be required between offices in Vancouver, Toronto and Montreal.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as a strategic partner with the organizations leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives
- Develop and implement HR programs, policies, and procedures in collaboration with the HR team
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, talent management, and employee engagement
- Support recruitment and selection processes, including interviewing, and selection
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a positive experience for all new hires
- Manage employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and providing guidance and support to managers and employees
- Provide HR-related training to managers and employees, including performance management, leadership development, and compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the organization, including employees, managers, and external partners
- Serve as an employee champion to ensure that processes and relationships are fair and equitable, that communications are open, and that conflict is managed effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field with minimum 5 years’ experience in an HR advisory capacity, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. CPHR is an asset
- General knowledge of and experience in all functional aspects of HR, with a demonstrated ability to manage both tactical and strategic HR functions
- General knowledge of skills development and capacity building strategies
- Solid skills in MS Office Suite, including proficiency with reporting and metrics
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Adept at collaborating with others, and contributing individually
- Adaptive self-motivator with a can-do approach and thrives in fast-paced, expanding, changing, and growing environment
- Bilingual English and French
