We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Host/Hostess to join our team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This key front-of-house role is perfect for someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys creating exceptional guest experiences, and can balance multiple responsibilities with professionalism and grace.

**Responsibilities**:

- Guest Seating Strategy: Effectively manage the flow of guests by organizing seating arrangements to maximize table turnover while maintaining a positive dining experience. Coordinate with staff to ensure seamless transitions between parties.
- Table Assignments: Strategically group and assign tables based on party size and table availability to ensure optimal use of the dining space.
- Guest Communication: Manage wait times with confidence and transparency, maintaining a positive and welcoming demeanor to regulate guest attitudes and set the tone for their experience.
- Front-of-House Presence: Serve as the face of the company, embodying a professional, approachable, and friendly demeanor at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with servers, managers, and other staff to ensure smooth operations and a unified guest experience.

**Requirements**:

- Availability: Must be available to work Friday through Sunday every weekend, including holidays.
- Professionalism: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage high-stress situations calmly and effectively.
- Adaptability: Ability to think quickly, problem-solve, and adapt to changing circumstances in a busy environment.
- Organization: Excellent organizational skills to manage seating, the waitlist, and guest flow effectively.
- Communication Skills: Clear and confident communicator, able to convey information to guests and staff effectively and tactfully.
- Customer Service: A genuine desire to create a welcoming and positive experience for every guest.

Additional Details:

- The position requires someone who can stay composed and efficient during peak hours.
- Prior experience as a host/hostess or in a similar fast-paced customer service role is preferred but not required.
- A polished, professional appearance is essential.

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
