The Dishwasher/Kitchen Helper assists the Chef and Cooks in ensuring guests' food orders are prepared accurately and efficiently so they arrive to the customers freshly. Kitchen Helpers work primarily with the kitchen management and staff but also with the front of house management and other service staff to ensure a smooth flow of orders from the kitchen to the table following Sharky's service philosophy. To be successful in this role, you have knowledge and demonstrated competence in the following areas:

- Understanding the kitchen protocol for prepping and serving food-Understanding of what it takes to stay on top of orders and clean up in a high volume, full service kitchen -Adhering to restaurant policy and procedures

- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills-Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and work under pressure -Understanding and knowledge of the fine dining restaurant industry is a definite asset-The utmost of professionalism and attention to detail-Strong personal initiative.

Tips are great and ranges between $3 to $5 per hour

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
