Brixel Robotics is an innovative STEM and robotics education center for children aged 4 to 15. We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Associate to help generate leads, drive enrollments, and expand our customer base.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement local marketing and sales strategies to increase enrollments.
- Promote Brixel Robotics programs across various social media platforms
- Engage with parents and community groups to build partnerships
- Handle inquiries and provide detailed information about our educational offerings to prospective clients.
- Assist in translating and localizing marketing materials into Mandarin or Cantonese.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and office activities specific to educational management.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and English - spoken & written.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement (preferably in education or tech).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working with in-person sales & marketing.
- Ability to attend events and interact with potential clients in-person.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Passion for education, technology, and working with children is essential.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
