**Job Title: Ticket Office Attendant**

**Job Summary**:
**Resonsibilities**:
1. Greet Customers warmly and assist them with purchasing tickets to various events and services offered by the Hamilton Waterfront Trust.

2. Process ticket sales accurately and efficiently using a computerized ticketing system.

3. Answer phone calls to respond to potential inquiries related to pricing, hours of operation, offerings etc.

4. Assist Customers with special requests, such as group reservations, accessible seating arrangements, or ticket exchanges/refunds

5. Handle card payments securely and accurately.

6. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the ticket office, including counters, displays and ticketing equipment neat and tidy.

7. Collaborate with other staff members, including directors, coordinators, and supervisors, to address customer needs and resolve any issues or complaints.

8. Stay informed about upcoming events, promotions, and venue policies to provide accurate up-to-date information to customers

**Requirements**:
1. Previous experience in customer service, retail, or ticketing operations preferred.

2. Strong interpersonal and communications skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.

3. Comfortable using computerized ticketing systems and other office equipment.

4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

5. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions and processing information.

6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

7. Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
