**Overview**
The Parts Clerk/Purchasing Clerk plays a crucial role in ensuring that our organization has access to the goods and services it needs to operate efficiently and effectively, while also minimizing costs and managing risks. This position involves managing inventory, sourcing parts, and providing exceptional customer service.

This job will be located at our Twin City Crossroads office so having a reliable vehicle and a Class G drivers license is an asset

**Duties**
- Maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring that sufficient stock is available to meet the organization's needs
- Purchase orders and aspects of the purchasing process, from initial request to receiving final delivery
- Develop and maintaining digital inventory systems
- Managing fuel accounts
- Organizing parts pick up and deliveries
- Other duties as needed

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in industrial purchasing an asset as well as knowledge of heavy machinery and truck/trailer parts
- Strong data entry skills with proficiency in using inventory management systems.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing inventory effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
