Role: IT Project Manager

Location: Nova Scotia

**Job Description**:
As an IT Project Manager, you will play a critical role in leading and delivering projects that leverage essential tools to streamline workflows and enhance collaboration across the organization

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT software development projects

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation schedules

Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status updates, and retrospectives

Manage resources, and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and escalate as needed to ensure timely resolution

Foster a collaborative team environment by promoting effective communication, transparency, and accountability

Continuously assess and improve project management processes and methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness

Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40.00-$60.00 per year

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
