**Scope**:
As an SSR & Production worker at Executive Mat Service Ltd., you play a key role in production and delivery of high-quality products to our customers. Each day begins with reviewing your delivery schedule and ensuring your vehicle is properly loaded with mats, janitorial supplies, and any other required products. You’ll be responsible for safely operating a company vehicle to deliver these products across the city, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction with every visit. In addition to delivery duties, you will also assist in the production of our high-quality mats, making sure all mats meet our quality standards. This role is a dynamic combination of driving, route management, manufacturing, and customer service.

**Key Qualifications**:

- **Class 5 driver’s license is a requirement**:

- **Experience in driving and production is an asset**:

- **High school diploma or equivalent is an asset**:

- **Strong customer service skills** - Demonstrates professionalism and a customer-first attitude in every interaction.
- **Excellent attention to detail** - Ensures accuracy and care in handling products and paperwork.
- **Effective communication and teamwork** - Collaborates well with team members and communicates clearly with clients and coworkers.
- **Hard-working and reliable** - Maintains consistent punctuality, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude on the job

**Working Conditions**:

- Required to lift up to 50lbs
