**Polyethics Industries** is looking for highly motivated Manufacturing Associates for our Forest Avenue North facility (301 Forest Avenue North).

What the typical day looks like for a _**Manufacturing Associate**_:

- Operate bag machine lines to customer specifications;
- Maintain the bag machines by performing daily safety checks & reporting maintenance issues to supervisor;
- Ensure the highest quality standards are maintained;
- Machine audits to look for any damage, quality concerns and safety concerns;
- Basic understanding of folds and equipment adjustments;
- Ability to learn machine processes and flow of products;
- Leave machine & surrounding area well maintained and cleaned, ensuring a safe, clean and organized environment;
- Produce accurate, concise, timely and legible information and record keeping for the production log;
- Work in a manner that does not jeopardize safety for you or any other team member;
- Other related duties as required.

**Education and/or Experience**:

- Ability to work 12 hour continental shift work - 2 weeks days (7am-7pm) / 2 weeks nights (7pm-7am);
- Mechanically inclined, interested in learning new processes and machines;
- Positive and ambitious;
- Ability to work in a labor demanding environment: stand for up to 2.5 hours at a time, lift up to 50lbs;
- Well organized, with a good attention to detail and accuracy with sound communication skills.
