**WHAT WE OFFER**- Hourly wage: $25.00 - $33.00/hour depending on experience

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs.
- Install and assemble fixtures, appliances, furniture, and equipment.
- Inspect properties for issues and perform preventative maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems efficiently.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding work progress and issues.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Other duties as required.

**WHAT YOU HAVE**
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
- Experience in commercial service.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting work.
- Ability to operate a variety of hand and power tools.
- Strong troubleshooting ability is an asset.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
- Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Clean criminal background check.
- Strong troubleshooting ability is an asset.
