**What will you do?**

Assist our technicians and / or fire alarm inspector by operating the fire panel or the computer. This is an entry level position to learn the fire alarm field.

The main tasks are:

- Help perform annual inspections on the various systems of our customers
- Acknowledged alarms / supervisors / failures or others and
- Read the message displayed on the fire panel in order to validate the accuracy,
- Carry out operations on the panel to activate specific points in order to verify them (signaling zones, auxiliary function, etc.) at the request of the Technician or the inspector
- Respect health and safety standards
- Demonstrate very good customer service in interactions with the customer

**What you will need to succeed**:

- High school diploma at minimum required
- An asset: Have one of the following diplomas: DEP, AEC or DEC degree in electronics or fire safety
- Great Customer service skills and experience
- Autonomy, resourcefulness and organizational skills
- Ability to occasionally work outside normal business hours and outside of the greater area of Montreal.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Excellent knowledge of French, spoken and written
- Good knowledge of English, spoken and written
