ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes the following:
**Reporting**
- Provide daily support for any sales function for all brands under the company’s umbrella.
- Pull sales reports from retailer portals for distribution.
- Support Business Units by collecting and organizing sell-through reports for analysis.
- Download and validate reports from retailer portals for memo billing.

**Account Coordination**
- Develop relationships with customers to support business needs of each brand.
- Coordinate materials for special projects and account presentations.
- Attend retailer and internal product and marketing meetings that support the management of each account.
- Assist with the development of presentations and materials for meetings between the sales team and a variety of customers.
- Assist with and analyze product assortment proposals.
- Maintain all relevant files and databases accurately.
- Maintain and audit all online National Accounts websites for accuracy.
- Assist with merchandising National Accounts stores.
- Coordinate efficiently with other departments to provide superior customer experience.

**Order Management and Planning**
- Communicate directly with accounts on cancellations and order extensions.
- Coordinate with Customer Care to update customer orders in NAV, ERP system.
- Coordinate with other departments to troubleshoot transmission errors, pricing, and availability.
- Manage, review and process customer EDI orders and interact with other departments to ensure orders are processed, filled, and shipped accordingly adhering to deadlines.
- Review inventory levels and propose sales opportunities.
- Review weekly replenishment orders to maximize fill rates and review reserve locations to increase fill rates.
- Report and request style suspensions to customers when a style is temporarily sold out.
- Interact with Planning team on assortment updates, focus styles and opportunities.
- Manage program inventory levels for all auto-replenishment orders and new release orders.

**Customer Set Up and Management**
- Ensure product set-ups are complete with each new product launch.
- Manage Cross Reference maintenance in NAV by account.
- Attend calls when launching a new account to assist in the set-up process and requirements.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Includes the following:

- Experience with web-based Portals and ability to quickly learn new environments is an asset.
- Preference will be given to those with experience working administratively with National Accounts such as Amazon, Best Buy, Costco, and Hudson’s Bay.
- Experience working with EDI orders would be an asset.
- This employee may interact with accounts in person. A polished professional appearance and attitude is required to succeed in this role.
- Excellent language skills, both written and spoken, for communication with accounts.
- Fluency in French would be an asset.
- Recognizing that there will be a need for overtime.
- The ability to analyze and manipulate data to retrieve relevant information and present to management in an organized and easy to interpret manner.
- Must possess the ability to multi-task, to work on several projects simultaneously, to manage multiple inputs and meet critical deadlines daily.
- Must be a quick learner, proactive, pay attention to detail, and thrives in a busy environment.
- A goal-oriented individual who is a team player and willing to occasionally assist other departments when required while managing daily workload.
- Must be organized and able to create process and guidelines to make the job more efficieant.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, their own vehicle, and the willingness/ability to travel.
