**Overview**
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and staff management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory levels and control food costs
- Train and supervise staff members to deliver exceptional service
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner
- Implement strategies to maximize restaurant profitability
- Utilize POS systems effectively for order processing and inventory management
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and kitchen operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Proficiency in team management, scheduling, and performance evaluation
- Understanding of food service regulations and compliance standards
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
