**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Diagnose and repair mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets, for both Android and iOS platforms.
- Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to perform repairs and replacements of hardware components.
- Analyze software issues and perform troubleshooting to resolve problems effectively.
- Interpret schematics and technical documentation to assist in repairs and diagnostics.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair processes and offering advice on device care.
- Maintain an organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use.
- Stay updated on the latest mobile technology trends and advancements to enhance service offerings.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in operating systems for mobile devices, particularly Android and iOS.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot software issues effectively.
- Experience in retail sales is a plus, enhancing customer interaction skills.
- Familiarity with hand tools used in mobile device repairs.
- Knowledge of computer hardware components related to mobile technology.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for effective problem-solving.
