**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented **Customer Service Representative (CSR)** to join our Oakville team. The CSR will serve as the primary point of contact for business customers, managing all orders from entry through shipment and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing questions and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage order entry and maintenance for assigned accounts.
- Track and communicate delivery schedules, conflicts, and potential service issues.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Plant teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Review orders after shipment for billing accuracy and quantity errors.
- Manage credits, returns, and claims.
- Prepare reports on inventory, open orders, and shipments.
- Maintain customer documentation and ensure proper filing.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years **B2B customer service experience**.
- Experience in **order management** and preferably in **manufacturing**.
- Proficient with **Microsoft Office**, including Excel; CRM experience preferred; SAP is an asset.
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
- Excellent professional verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work across multiple departments and with plant personnel.
