**Title**: Developmental Support Worker (DSW)

**Pay Rate**: $23-25/hr

**Location**: Port Perry, ON

Responsibilities & Requirements
- Provide support and complex care for adult clients in a group home setting.
- Administer medications as required and maintain accurate documentation.
- Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and behavior management.
- Develop and implement individualized programs and goal-focused activities.
- Maintain detailed case notes and reports.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure client safety and well-being.
- Demonstrate physical strength, mobility, and endurance for client care and activities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Mandatory Certifications & Documents
- **UMAB Certification**:

- **CPR and First Aid Certification**:

- **Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC)**:

- **TB Test Results**:

- **Complete Immunization Record**.
- **COVID-19 Vaccination Record**.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** working as a DSW (complex care experience preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
