**Benefits Operations Manager**
In this role you will be responsible for** **inspiring, developing, engaging and supporting a high performance team to integrate service and selling strategies that drive business growth, retention and service excellence.
**Here is what a typical day looks like**
- Develop a high performance team through employee development, performance management, coaching, succession planning and team effectiveness
- Analyze processes and consistently improve and update to ensure a high level of operational success
- Drive cross-selling and delivery of service, selling and product knowledge training
- Lead on the implementation of operational plans and facilitating cross-team collaboration
- Build and nurture a constructive working relationship with insurance program partners and clients
- Support program renewals including negotiating rates and acceptance of renewal terms, proposing coverage changes and assisting with retention strategies for at-risk accounts
- Collaborate with Director and management teams to set strategies and implement tactical plans and budgets
- Drive production and analysis of key retention and sales reports to realize trends, measure productivity and take action to adapt tactical plans
**The value you bring**:
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business studies, or equivalent working experience
- 3-5 years of experience in an Operational or Administrative Leadership role
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with Directors and Management teams
- High quality of customer service
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong Verbal and Written communication
- Strong understanding of Employee Benefits
- LLQP is an Asset
Hours: Full time, 37.5hrs/week
Location: Winnipeg
Pay Scale: $75,000 - $100,000
