Our team is growing and we are actively looking to hire Claim Advisor, Auto - Home Based. To meet our customers' needs, your work week will be Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm, plus one Saturday per month, 9am-4pm. *Note: work hours depend on the needs of the department. **Role Designation**: Home-Based **Benefits to joining Allstate**: Flexible Work Arrangements Employee discounts (15% on auto and property insurance, plus many other products and services) Good Office program (receive up to 400$ back after purchasing office equipment) Student Loan Payment Matching Program for Government Student loans Comprehensive Retirement Savings Program with employer matched contributions Annual Wellness allowance to support employees with improving health and wellbeing Personal reflection day Tuition Reimbursement Working within the community and giving back **Accountabilities**: Review insurance policy and coverages Investigate non-complex auto claims and determine coverage and liability Settle claims in accordance with organization’s policies and practices Required to collaborate with the customer, service suppliers, and other insurance companies **Qualifications**: Minimum high school education or equivalent 1 - 2 years customer service experience required Call centre experience is strongly preferred Knowledge in understanding and interpreting policies Proficient keyboard skills and computer literacy Enrolled in (or willing to enroll in) CIP designation Fluency in other languages, is a strong asset Allstate Canada Group has policies and practices that provide workplace accommodations.
