Inspired by children and families, Footholds Therapy Center combines clinical judgement with compassion and hope to create a therapeutic environment in which goals are realized. We are a growing locally owned and family run therapy center that has been operating in Nanaimo and the Comox Valley for over ten years.

Footholds Youth Workers provide support youth with challenging behaviours, high medical needs, autism, and youth at risk. Working in a residential setting, they will follow Footholds Guiding Principles closely, providing social-emotional and physical needs by performing duties such as assisting with personal hygiene, preparing meals and advocating for the child by acting in the best interest.

We are looking for daytime, afternoon and awake nightshift workers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual, Part-time

**Salary**: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
