If this is you, look no further as we are recruiting for a Commercial Lines Account Manager in our Spruce Grove location.

As a Commercial Lines Account Manager you will work in a team with the Commercial Account Executive to deliver an exceptional client experience and assist in the overall growth of the book of business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the CL AE
- Assist CL AE clients with their daily insurance needs in person or through technology
- Follow CL AE renewal process, ready documents for CL AE Strategy meetings
- Strategy agenda, update Statement of Values, equipment lists, summaries of insurance
- Make timely renewal calls as required for existing client business
- Follow up on client accounts to resolve outstanding matters, including collecting payments
- Up-selling of products and services to new and existing clients
- Generate client referrals through community involvement and events
- Remain up to date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers
- Commit to self-development through internal training and industry education
- Provide advice to clients on insurance matters, products, and coverages
- Resolve client concerns
- Develop existing client accounts

Your Unique Talents
- You are familiar with current technologies; experience with Epic is an asset
- You have extensive knowledge of insurance company products, programs and payment plans
- You have obtained, or are pursuing, a level 2 General Insurance License
