**Advisory Services Consultant**

VersaFile Inc. is a Vancouver-based technology services and software company providing intelligent content and process automation solutions. This includes managed services, strategic consulting, implementations, and commercial software. We are looking for an **Advisory Services Consultant** to act as a facilitator between VersaFile and our Clients, helping them: _Discover the Process; Improve the Process; Automate the Process; Introduce AI into the Process. _In this role, you will collaborate with clients’ leadership teams to understand their automation goals, analyze current processes and develop actionable strategies that lead to improved efficiency, increased profitability and enhanced competitive advantage.

You will be someone who has the unique ability to understand the client’s business value and help them make informed decisions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough assessments of our clients’ business processes, and identify areas for improvement and growth
- Collaborate with clients to understand their strategic goals and objectives to develop strategies that VersaFile can help them reach these objectives
- Provide expert guidance on Information Architecture that supports the infusion of AI into their business processes according to industry best practices and market trends
- Research and analyze business processes to assist clients in their documentation of complex business processes
- Facilitate and lead workshops, training and presentation for clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and service
- Ensure that messaging, terminology, methodologies, approach and vision are aligned across all client facing units
- Bring awareness and understanding of various content centric automation technologies such as Uipath, FileNet, Box, SharePoint.

**Skills**
- Knowledge and interest in understanding of AI as applied to content based processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work both independently and collaboratively
- Ability to analyze and solve complex and ambiguous business problems using experience, creativity, and sound judgment.
- Proficiency in using process discovery and analysis tools and software

**Key Attributes and Qualifications**:

- BSc/BA or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of in-house management consulting experience
- 5+ years experience in IBM ECM Solutions, Content Manager, FileNet ECM
- Passion for solving business problems with Automation and AI.

**Location**:

- Our office is in Vancouver, but we are open to someone working remotely within Canada

**Type**:
