The Role Responsibilities Customer Delivery: Lead engagements independently or with a team and coordinate task allocation, delivering Professional Services over the entire customer journey. Actively manage projects and mobilize team resources to ensure successful delivery, minimize delays and overrun, and maintain budgets. Develop strategies and approaches with Sales & Customer Success to drive adoption of Diligent Solutions and expand GRC use cases. Spearhead development of business solutions that leverage the full suite of Diligent products. Provide oversight and quality control of services during the Product implementation lifecycle. Career Development/Learning: Coach and mentor team members on project management and customer enablement. Participate in recruitment and retention activities. Continuously develop domain and product expertise to guide customers on best practices for rollout and execution. Serve as a subject‑matter expert and prioritize learning and development of those areas. Practice Management: Propose, lead, support and execute internal initiatives that benefit the broader team and business. Support senior management, sales and solution engineers on potential business development activities (Discovery Calls, RFP Response, SOW generation). What You Need To Succeed Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA). Experience as a people manager and ability to lead teams. 10+ years managing a business portfolio with experience in corporate/legal entity management and corporate compliance. Strong data analysis skills, able to work with large data sets. Foundational experience in full‑cycle software delivery, as a business analyst or developer. Experience with complex enterprise applications, distributed systems, web applications, or system integration solutions. Familiarity with systems supporting the legal entity lifecycle is an advantage. Excellent communication skills across all areas and regions. Track record of successful delivery management in complex enterprise environments. Client management and business development experience. Persuasion, influence and ability to inspire teams. Drive and determination to succeed in a dynamic, growing team. Exceptional public speaking, communication and presentation skills. Deep knowledge of business processes and ability to solve problems with technology and process change.
