The hours can be part-time and or somewhat flexible to start except for weekends (no weekend work until properly trained). But the hours will likely be escalating over the next few months as we continue to grow and full-time will be required within a year. Full time could already be possibe if its more suitable you. There are always forms to fill out and contracts to sign and review. Invoices to be created. taxes to be paid. The more you can do the better.

We estimate that within about 1 year we will also be looking at providing medical benefits to our employees. currently we offer a year end bonus based on months of service over that year.

Experience and understanding of QuickBooks is necessary as well as an understanding of corporations and taxes. Its a great opportunity for a student or someone that has other obligations to tend too. There will be other duties like filling out forms, paying taxes and doing payroll from time to time and training will be provided. As well as some office organizing as we setup our new office space. please see the list of duties below.

Also please note that if you search our company on google we are still located in Delta however we have moved to Burnaby and will be moving our google listing soon enough.

We do have an accountant that does our year end taxes and can be available to answer questions from time to time.

English fluency is important as there could also be communications with vendors, suppliers, or clients from time to time.

The current shop location is now in South Burnaby at 7450 Lowland drive.

Duties will include and not limited too
- Bookkeeping and filing of invoices/receipts
- payroll
- Tracking of project hours and costs to see ensure profits
- follow up with clients regarding late payments
- filling out vendor forms for clients
- sending invoices to clients
- some light organizing duties

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
