We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to train as Pavement Marking Truck Driver Trainees.

**Job Overview**

This is a seasonal position with near full-time hours during the on-season (March-November) through regular and overtime shifts. Infinite Road Marking provides structured on-the-job training with specialized equipment, offering a pathway to becoming a certified Pavement Marking Truck Operator.

**Responsibilities**
- Drive and operate a long-line paint truck at speeds between 4-25 km/hr, depending on the material being applied.
- Follow strict safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
- Keep accurate records of materials used and work completed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure smooth workflow and coordination.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Class 3 driver’s license with air endorsement and a clean driving record.
- Excellent vehicle control and the ability to operate large trucks at low speeds.
- Willingness to learn under supervision and assist with non-driving line painting tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication, organizational, and basic computer skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts and long hours during the on-season.

**Work Schedule**
- On-season: Late March - November 30th
- Typical shifts: Sunday - Thursday, 6:00 PM - 5:00 AM
- Days off: Saturdays off; occasional Friday work required
- Hours: Guaranteed and secure on-season hours

**Compensation & Benefits**
- **Pay Rate: $34.83 - $40.44 per hour**:
