OSL (Outsourced Sales Leadership) was established in 2012 in Mississauga, Ontario, to provide clients with customized designed sales solutions in retail, direct sales, merchandising and customer acquisition.

**About the role**:
At OSL we are excited to partner with **The Water Street Collective (TWSC)** to develop the Ryde brand in Canada. The Ryde product you see today was created by a team of mums, dads, working professionals, weekend warriors, hobbyists, and adventure-seekers. These same individuals also happen to be brand marketers, product developers, and salespeople all working for TWSC to create feel-good products for everyone.

We are seeking a **Planning and Performance Manager** to develop the Brand in Canada, analyze the market opportunities for the category and for TWSC new product, **Ryde**, and to forecast the brand growth accordingly.

As a member of the Commercial and Category Insights team for our client The Water Street Collective, the Planning and Performance Manager will play a key role in creating measurable value to the business and shape the newly created area, developing the blueprint that will be the reference for the global team and other markets.

The role also encompasses the development, implementation, and maintenance of the planning and performance tools to be developed, enabling faster and more accurate decision-making. This role will proactively engage with stakeholders from different business areas, finance, operations, IT/DBS, and other marketing areas.

**Location of role: Montreal (HYBRID)**

**What you will be responsible**:

- Analyze the Market opportunities and the Category and Brand performances.
- Lead the monthly Sales and Operations and Demand Forecast cycle.
- Develop and maintain the necessary tools for the job.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, global and local, in tactical and strategic projects.

**What You Bring**:

- Experience in Consumers and Insights.
- 5+ years’ experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).
- 5+ years’ experience in Analysis and/or Demand Planning in FMCG.
- Strong analytical and numerical abilities to handle complex problems.
- Proactivity and ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Proficiency in Excel, Data Analysis tools, Power Point and familiarity with BI tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
