**WHAT THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKE**:
Under the supervision of the Plant Supervisor, this position supports plant operations in all areas of processing and packaging manufactured concrete products. These functions include, but are not limited to:

- Laboring
- General clean up
- Production / assembly line work
- Hand stacking and hand piling products
- Inspection for quality and conformance to standards
- Equipment and machinery operation

You are required to keep your work area clean and organized to assist your co-workers and to perform any and all tasks as directed. This position is also responsible for supporting and demonstrating the **Core Values of Integrity, Safety, Respect, Customer Focus, Quality, Innovation and Financial Success.**
