**Main Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Organise, manage, and run special events throughout the week
- Create new events & business opportunities
- Execute Locals Night every Monday
- Build a team of A-Players
- Execute the Gibbons Business System
- Open/Close and run day to day operation of the business
- Passionate about events and throwing awesome parties
- Previous events management experience an asset
- Previous experience in a leadership role within hospitality
