As a **Front End/Barista**, you will be the face of our store, creating welcoming and memorable experiences for every guest. You’ll manage the front end by helping customers with purchases and inquiries while also preparing coffee beverages and other items from our café. This role requires multitasking, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers at the checkout, ensuring a smooth and friendly transaction process.
- Handle cash, credit, and mobile payments efficiently and accurately.
- Prepare a variety of espresso-based drinks and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front end and café area, ensuring all health and safety standards are met.
- Engage with customers, providing product recommendations and general store information.
- Restock barista station and café items, keeping supplies organized and fully stocked.
- Assist with light cleaning duties such as wiping down counters, mopping floors, and cleaning equipment.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a barista or customer-facing role is preferred.
- Must be at least 19 years of age; valid Serving It Right certification is considered an asset.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso machines, and related equipment is an asset.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for up to 8 hours.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Must be **legally eligible to work for any employer in Canada** and either reside in the local area or be willing to commute.
