**What it’s like to be a Northbridge Property Appraiser**

As a Property Appraiser you will be part of a dynamic team that prides itself on having a sharp eye on detail while keeping the customer experience top of mind. Our Property Appraiser is responsible for reviewing and estimating the value of any assigned damage claims in an efficient and timely manner in-order to arrive at an equitable settlement figure which is acceptable to all parties involved.

**We want your talent**

**If you are great at**:

- Thoroughly investigating & evaluating assigned Property claims
- Approving and adjusting estimates of damage and loss amounts
- Estimating repair cost, replacement, or compensation
- Effectively managing a busy day to day schedule
- Providing a great Customer experience

**And you have**:

- Post-Secondary Education in an Insurance focused program or related program
- Completed or working towards the CIP designation
- Minimum 5 years of estimating/appraisal experience
- Experience with Xactanalysis and Xactimate or other similar software.
- Strong technical skills with MS Office Suite
- Ability to clearly communicate with Claimants, Brokers, and Contractors
