**The Opportunity**:
As a Customer Experience Coordinator at Bruce Hyundai, you will be the driving force behind creating memorable customer interactions. You will work closely with our customers, internal teams, and management to ensure that every touchpoint with our brand is positive and memorable.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Ensuring accurate logs of customers
- Maintaining a tidy workplace, waiting area and coffee bar
- Ensuring customers are comfortable during their visit
- Managing the daily cash deposit
- Prepping paperwork and files and delivering them to the DMV
- Filing and photocopying
- Prepping incentives
- Printing disposition report for Hyundai NPS
- Managing the distribution of leads to our Product Ambassadors
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies
- CRM Follow-up - ensuring daily tasks are completed and reporting back to the Sales Manager
- Assist Product Ambassadors with product videos for social media
- Other duties as required
