Job Title: Hakka Chinese Chef

Job Summary:
Join our team as a Chef and showcase your culinary expertise in our vibrant restaurant. We are looking for a creative and skilled Chef who is passionate about food service and dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Chef, you will play a key role in overseeing kitchen operations, creating delectable dishes, and ensuring high standards of quality and taste.

**Duties**:

- Coordinate with head chef in preparing and cooking menu items with precision
- Manage food preparation processes, including portion control and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation practices
- Collaborate with the team to develop new menu items and specials
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment for efficient operations
- Handle special dietary requests and accommodate guest preferences with creativity

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in preparing Hakka Chinese foods
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food handling, and restaurant management
- Familiarity with Indian Foods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while upholding quality standards
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$24.77 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
